• Social & discovery setup — This will run on word of mouth and referrals, not paid reach, so the channels need steady upkeep to build trust over time rather than a one-time setup.
• Website blog, quarterly — Three starter articles needed to launch with.
• Substack, bi-monthly — Separate from the blog, lighter and more frequent.
• Lead follow-up system — A way to track and follow up with leads as they come in. Either a lightweight custom tracker or HubSpot, Nicole's call.
• Industry contact list — Bryan has compiled a list of companies and organizations across the target industries. Ready to use.
• Other verticals — Prepped reports on freight/logistics and startups, ready for a working session on where else to focus.
• Government contract research — Need a way to research, score, and vet government contract opportunities, possibly nonprofit opportunities too. Open question on how this gets resourced.
